If your project valuation exceeds $50,000, you must apply to have a pre-application conference. At the conference you will meet with the Town Building Official, Planner, and Engineer to discuss the scope and nuances of your project. You will also be advised on the permits you’ll need to apply for. Pre-application conferences are generally scheduled within the first 2 weeks of application submittal. Please submit all application materials to Town Hall to get started!
